About Elana Guerra, CEP
Elana is a dynamic leader with an extensive, successful background in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and College and Career Advising. She has worked with individuals, small businesses, and teams to align initiatives and processes with values and goals.
Her degrees are in Management and Higher Education and she is a Certified Educational Planner. Additionally, she serves as facilitator for the Houston Birkman consultant’s group, and is a mentor for the University of Houston’s Wolff Center of Entrepreneurship (ranked #1 in the nation by Princeton Review).
